I'm Aoife, a holistic and beauty therapist, offering a range of treatments to help people find balance and wellbeing in their lives. My treatments are based on the understanding that the mind, body and spirit are interconnected and can be treated in a holistic way.

I am passionate about providing quality services that focus on the individual needs of my clients. I am continually upskilling & adding new treatments to my practice

I believe in using natural ingredients and products to nourish the skin and the self. I also believe in taking a holistic approach to beauty, focusing on the mind, body, and soul, rather than just focusing on external aesthetics. Finally, I strive to help my clients find joy and confidence in their own skin.
